Preamble
In order to safeguard the privacy rights of users, TopEase has formulated this TopEase User Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations. This Policy describes in detail how TopEase collects, uses, and manages your personal information. This Policy applies to the TopEase Data and TopEase AI Agent products (or services) that TopEase provides to you through computer devices, mobile terminals, or other devices and programs, including but not limited to its sub-products such as Foreign Trade Information Treasure, D&B Hoovers, Yi Sou Mail, Melark, Yi Xue Ke, and Tradee.
TopEase fully recognizes the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to ensure that your personal information remains secure and reliable. TopEase further undertakes that it will process personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and will adopt corresponding security measures based on industry-standard practices to protect your personal information. The personal information processed by TopEase is collected for explicit and reasonable purposes, is directly relevant to such purposes, and is processed in the manner that has the least impact on personal rights and interests.

PART I DEFINITIONS
"TopEase" refers to Shanghai TopEase Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, including but not limited to:

"Personal Information" means any information recorded by electronic or other means that, either independently or in combination with other information, can be used to identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, including but not limited to name, date of birth, identification number, address, communication contact details, communication records and contents, credit information, and transaction information.
"Sensitive Personal Information" means personal information that, if disclosed, unlawfully provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, or readily result in damage to personal dignity, physical or mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information generally includes biometric information, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical and health information, financial accounts, whereabouts, and the personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.

I. How TopEase Collects and Uses Your Personal Information Within a Reasonable Scope
(I) Purposes and Scope of Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
TopEase will adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and will collect and use your personal information for the following purposes set forth in this Policy:
1. When you register and log in to TopEase Data products prior to use, TopEase will collect your mobile phone number or email account. Such information will be used for account authorization and verification, sending official account activation SMS notifications, identifying your affiliated company, and periodically sending product update notifications via SMS;
2. When you submit a product trial application form, TopEase will collect your name, region, industry, company, position, email address, and mobile phone number. Such information will be used to arrange for sales personnel to contact you in order to confirm trial account activation or formal account purchase;
During your use of the aforementioned TopEase products (or services), the provision of the following additional information will assist TopEase in delivering an enhanced service experience. However, your decision not to provide such information will not affect your access to the basic functionalities of the services.
The information you provide shall remain authorized for TopEase's continued use throughout your use of the aforementioned products (or services). Upon deregistration of your account and your request for deletion of your personal information, TopEase will cease use of and delete such information.
The aforementioned information shall be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Where cross-border transfer is required, TopEase will separately obtain your authorized consent.
Where TopEase intends to use the information for purposes not set forth in this Policy, TopEase will obtain your prior consent.
Where TopEase intends to use information collected for a specified purpose for any other purpose, TopEase will obtain your prior consent.
II. How TopEase Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies
(I) Cookies
To ensure the normal and efficient operation of the website, provide you with a more seamless access experience, and recommend content of potential interest to you, TopEase stores small data files known as Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, the site name, and certain numbers and characters. Through Cookies, the website is able to store data such as your mobile phone number or email address.
TopEase will not use Cookies for any purpose other than those set forth in this Policy. You may manage or delete Cookies in accordance with your preferences. You may clear all Cookies stored on your computer. Although most browsers accept Cookies automatically, you may modify your browser settings to reject Cookies in accordance with your preferences. Please note, however, that due to technical limitations, disabling Cookies may prevent you from enjoying an optimal service experience and may render certain services unavailable.
(II) Web Beacons and Pixel Tags
In addition to Cookies, TopEase also employs other comparable technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags on its websites. For example, emails sent by TopEase to you may contain hyperlinks to content on TopEase's website. If you click on such a link, TopEase will track this click to help understand your product or service preferences and improve customer service. A web beacon is typically a transparent image embedded in a website or email. Through pixel tags embedded in emails, TopEase is able to determine whether an email has been opened. If you do not wish your activities to be tracked in this manner, you may unsubscribe from TopEase's mailing list at any time.
(III) Do Not Track
Many web browsers are equipped with a Do Not Track function, which can issue Do Not Track requests to websites. At present, the major Internet standards organizations have not established policies governing how websites should respond to such requests. However, if your browser has Do Not Track enabled, all TopEase websites will respect your choice.
(IV) Google API
To provide you with the Gmail email send/receive proxy service, certain data generated during your use of Gmail will be collected by us, including but not limited to the email address of the integrated Gmail account, access tokens, and identifiers used to reference the following: (1) drafts and messages sent via Gmail's Email Tracker functionality (such as "Send Later"); (2) emails sent through email marketing campaigns; and (3) all reply messages, including all text content, attachments, and images.
We attach the highest importance to your data security and privacy, and we hereby covenant that we will not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
III. How TopEase Shares, Transfers, and Publicly Discloses Your Personal Information Within a Reasonable Scope
(I) Sharing
TopEase will not share your personal information with any third party, except in the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with Explicit Consent: Upon obtaining your explicit consent, TopEase may share your personal information with other parties.
2. TopEase may share your personal information externally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, or pursuant to mandatory requirements of competent government authorities.
3. Sharing with TopEase Affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with TopEase's affiliates or branches. TopEase will share only the personal information necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, and such sharing shall be subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate or branch wishes to alter the purpose or scope of processing personal information, it shall obtain your renewed authorized consent.
4. Sharing with Authorized Partners: Solely for the purposes set forth in this Policy, certain of TopEase's services will be provided by authorized partners. TopEase may share certain of your personal information with such partners in order to deliver superior customer service and user experience, for instance, email address, region, industry, company, and position. TopEase will share your personal information only for purposes that are lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit, and only such personal information as is necessary for the provision of services. TopEase's partners shall have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.
With respect to companies, organizations, and individuals with which TopEase shares personal information, TopEase will enter into strict confidentiality agreements or terms requiring them to store and use the shared personal information in accordance with the purposes and scope agreed with TopEase, and to adopt other relevant confidentiality and security measures for the storage and processing of the shared personal information received.
(II) Transfer
As a matter of principle, TopEase will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
1. Transfer with Explicit Consent: Following notification to you of the purpose of the personal information transfer, the categories of data recipients, and the types of data being transferred, and upon satisfaction of other conditions required by law and receipt of your explicit consent, TopEase may transfer your personal information to other parties;
2. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or bankruptcy liquidation involving the transfer of personal information, TopEase will require the new entity holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy and will inform you of the recipient's name and contact information; otherwise, TopEase will require such entity to obtain renewed authorized consent from you. Where the purpose of use of personal information is changed, your express consent shall be obtained anew.
(III) Public Disclosure
TopEase will publicly disclose your personal information (other than sensitive personal information) only under the following circumstances:
1. Following notification to you of the purpose and categories of personal information to be publicly disclosed (and, where sensitive personal information is to be disclosed, also of the contents of such sensitive personal information) and receipt of your separate and explicit consent;
2. Legally Mandated Disclosure: Where required by law, legal process, or mandatory requirements of judicial or competent governmental authorities, TopEase may publicly disclose your personal information.
(IV) Exceptions to Prior Authorized Consent for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
Under the following circumstances, prior authorized consent shall not be required for the sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of your personal information:
1. Where directly related to national security or national defense;
2. Where directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
3. Where necessary, in emergency circumstances, to safeguard the life, property, or other significant lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals, and where it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent (in which case notification will be provided promptly after the emergency has been resolved);
4. Where you have voluntarily disclosed the personal information to the general public, within a reasonable scope (except where you have explicitly objected or where such disclosure would have a material impact on your personal rights and interests);
5. Where personal information is collected from information that has been lawfully publicly disclosed, such as through legitimate news reports or government information disclosure channels (except where you have explicitly objected or where such collection would have a material impact on your personal rights and interests);
6. Where necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the individual is a party, or where necessary for the implementation of human resources management in accordance with labor rules and regulations lawfully established and collective contracts lawfully executed;
7. Where necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations;
8. Where personal information is processed within a reasonable scope to carry out news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities in the public interest.
In accordance with applicable laws, the sharing or transfer of anonymized personal information, where the data recipient is unable to restore and re-identify the personal information subject, shall not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information; the retention and processing of such data shall not require separate notification to you or your consent.
IV. How TopEase Protects Your Personal Information
(I) TopEase has implemented industry-standard security safeguards to protect the personal information you provide and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. TopEase will take all commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. For example, data exchanged between your browser and the "Services" (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption; TopEase also provides https secure browsing for its official website; TopEase employs encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data; TopEase utilizes trusted protective mechanisms to safeguard data against malicious attacks; TopEase deploys access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel may access personal information; in addition, TopEase has executed confidentiality agreements with its employees or incorporated confidentiality obligation clauses into employee labor contracts, and conducts security and privacy protection training to enhance employee awareness of the importance of personal information protection.
(II) TopEase will take all commercially reasonable measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. TopEase will retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in this Policy, unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law.
(III) Please be aware and understand that the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and means of communication such as email, instant messaging, and exchanges with other TopEase users are not encrypted. TopEase strongly recommends that you refrain from transmitting personal information by such means. In addition, TopEase strongly recommends that you assist us in safeguarding the security of your account by using secure methods and complex passwords. Should you discover that your personal information has been compromised, particularly in the case of an account or password breach, please contact TopEase immediately using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy so that appropriate measures may be taken.
(IV) TopEase will periodically update and publish reports on matters such as security risks and personal information security impact assessments. You may obtain such reports through announcements posted on TopEase's official website.
(V) The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and TopEase will use its best endeavors to ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. In the event that TopEase's physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information and consequent harm to your lawful rights and interests, TopEase shall bear the corresponding legal liability.
(VI) In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, TopEase will, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, promptly notify you of: the essential facts and potential impact of the security incident; the remedial measures TopEase has taken or will take; your recommendations for self-prevention and risk mitigation; and the remedial measures available to you. TopEase will notify you of the relevant circumstances in a timely manner by means of email, written correspondence, telephone, push notification, or other means; where individual notification of personal information subjects is impracticable, TopEase will adopt reasonable and effective means to issue a public announcement.
Concurrently, TopEase will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
V. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, as well as prevailing practices in other countries and regions, TopEase guarantees you the right to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
(I) Right to Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, except in cases stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise the right of data access, you may do so independently through the following means:
Account Information: If you wish to access or edit the profile information and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information, or close your account, you may perform such operations by visiting the Personal Center.
If you are unable to access such personal information through the foregoing means, you may contact TopEase at any time via the TopEase web form or by sending an email to advise@topease.net. TopEase will respond to your access request within fifteen (15) days.
With respect to other personal information generated during your use of TopEase's products or services, TopEase will provide such information to you, provided that doing so does not require disproportionate effort from TopEase. If you wish to exercise the right of data access, please send an email to advise@topease.net.
(II) Right to Correct Your Personal Information
If you discover errors in the personal information about you processed by TopEase, you have the right to require TopEase to make corrections. You may submit a correction request through the means listed in Section (I) "Right to Access Your Personal Information."
If you are unable to correct such personal information through the foregoing means, you may contact TopEase at any time via the TopEase web form or by sending an email to advise@topease.net. TopEase will respond to your correction request as promptly as possible (and in no event later than fifteen (15) days).
(III) Right to Delete Your Personal Information
You may submit a request to TopEase to delete personal information under the following circumstances:
1. If TopEase's processing of personal information violates applicable laws and regulations;
2. If TopEase has collected and used your personal information without your consent;
3. If TopEase's processing of personal information violates its agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use TopEase's products or services, or you have deregistered your account;
5. If TopEase no longer provides products or services to you.
Where TopEase decides to respond to your deletion request, TopEase will concurrently notify the entities that obtained your personal information from TopEase and require them to delete such information in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations or unless such entities have obtained independent authorization directly from you (in which case you should notify such entities directly to delete your personal information).
When you delete information from TopEase's services, TopEase may not immediately delete the corresponding information from its backup systems, but will delete such information when the backups are updated.
(IV) Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
Each business function requires certain basic personal information in order to be carried out (please refer to Section I of Part II of this Policy). With respect to the collection and use of additional personal information, you may grant or withdraw your authorized consent at any time.
Upon your withdrawal of consent, TopEase will cease processing the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent shall not affect any prior processing of personal information undertaken based on your authorization.
(V) Deregistration of Personal Information Subject's Account
You may deregister your registered account at any time by contacting your dedicated customer service representative to submit account deregistration information. Upon receipt of a deregistration request, TopEase will cease providing products or services to you and, at your request, will delete your account information, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise stipulated or agreed between TopEase and you.
(VI) Constraints on Automated Information System Decision-Making
In certain business functions, TopEase may make decisions solely on the basis of non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. Where such decisions materially affect your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to require TopEase to provide an explanation, and TopEase will provide appropriate means of remedy.
(VII) Withdrawal of Consent
Where personal information is processed on the basis of your individual consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent, and TopEase shall not refuse to provide products or services on the grounds of your refusal to consent to the processing of personal information or your withdrawal of consent, except where the processing of personal information is necessary for the provision of such products or services.
(VIII) Responding to Your Foregoing Requests
To ensure security, TopEase may require you to submit a written request or otherwise prove your identity. TopEase reserves the right to first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
TopEase will respond within fifteen (15) days. If you are dissatisfied, you may further file a complaint by sending an email to advise@topease.net.
As a matter of principle, TopEase does not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, TopEase may charge a reasonable cost-based fee as the circumstances warrant. TopEase may reject requests that are unfoundedly repetitive, require excessive technical resources (for example, requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), pose risks to the lawful rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, requests involving information stored on backup tapes).
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, TopEase will be unable to respond to your request under the following circumstances:
1. Where directly related to national security, state secrets, or national defense;
2. Where directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
3. Where there is sufficient evidence to indicate subjective malice or abuse of rights on your part;
4. Where responding to your request would result in serious harm to the lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
5. Where trade secrets are involved.
VI. How TopEase Processes the Personal Information of Minors
TopEase's products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, minors may not create their own user accounts. If you are a minor, you must request that your parent or legal guardian carefully read this Policy, and you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using our products or services or providing information to us.
With respect to personal information of minors collected with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, TopEase will use or publicly disclose such information only where permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parent or legal guardian, or as necessary to protect the minor.
If TopEase discovers that it has collected personal information of a minor without first obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, TopEase will endeavor to delete the relevant data as promptly as possible.
For the processing of personal information of minors under the age of fourteen, TopEase will separately formulate specific personal information processing rules.
VII. How Your Personal Information May Be Transferred Globally in Accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
Personal information collected and generated by TopEase during operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall be stored within the territory of China, except in the following circumstances:
1. Where expressly permitted by applicable laws and regulations;
2. Where your explicit authorization has been obtained.
In the foregoing circumstances, TopEase will ensure that your personal information receives protection equivalent to that provided within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For example, TopEase will obtain your consent for cross-border transfer of personal information, or implement security measures such as data de-identification prior to cross-border data transfer.
VIII. How This Policy Is Updated
TopEase's privacy policy may be amended from time to time.
Without your express consent, TopEase will not diminish your rights under this Privacy Policy. TopEase will publish any modifications to this Policy through reasonable means (such as posting on this page).
For material changes, TopEase will also provide more prominent notification (including, for certain services, sending an email notification detailing the specific modifications to the privacy policy).
Material changes referred to in this Policy include but are not limited to:
1. Material changes to TopEase's service model, such as the purposes of processing personal information, the categories of personal information processed, or the manner of use of personal information;
2. Material changes to TopEase's ownership structure or organizational structure, such as a change of ownership arising from business restructuring, bankruptcy, or merger;
3. Changes to the primary recipients of personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure;
4. Material changes to your rights regarding the processing of personal information and the means of exercising such rights;
5. Changes to TopEase's department responsible for personal information security, its contact information, or its complaint channels;
6. Where a personal information security impact assessment report indicates high risk.
TopEase will also archive prior versions of this Policy for your reference.

If you are dissatisfied with TopEase's response, particularly if TopEase's personal information processing activities have caused harm to your lawful rights and interests, you may also bring a lawsuit before a court of competent jurisdiction in the locale of TopEase's domicile.
